How To Order From Promega
Orders can be placed by phone, fax, mail, email or online. Customer service representatives are available Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5pm (Eastern Standard Time).
When placing an order please include the following information:
- Shipping address
- Billing address
- Purchase order number
- Catalogue number, size, quantity and name of each product ordered
To avoid duplication of an order, please be sure that any written confirmation of a telephone order is clearly marked CONFIRMATION.

10% GST applies to all products. Catalogue prices are excluding GST.

Shipping
All orders are dispatched from our head office in Sydney.
Sydney customers: Delivery is same day for orders received before 11:30 a.m. Orders received after 11:30 a.m. will be delivered overnight. We also have a special 3 hour delivery service. Please enquire for details.
Interstate and intrastate customers: Orders received before 4.30 p.m. will be delivered the next day.
Delivery charges (includes freight, packaging and coolant):*
All Australian states $36
Sydney Metropolitan $30
For customers requesting delivery by their own courier a packaging/coolant charge of $10 applies.
For domestic orders over $750 ex-GST we waive freight charges: however, a $10 packaging/coolant applies.
* Please note that our delivery charges increased on July 1st, 2011.
Dangerous goods freight surcharges no longer apply.

Recyclable Packaging
Promega strives to use packaging that maximises product integrity and performance while minimising impact on the environment. Product systems are packaged in paper-based, unbleached cardboard.

Product Returns
A return authorisation is required. Please do not return any product without first contacting Promega. In the case of a purchasing error, it is our policy to deny return of product. Due to the temperature sensitivity of our products we are unable to resell returned goods.

How to Order Online
- Login with your username and password
- Select the products you need, using either the online catalog or quick order feature
- Proceed to checkout and select or enter your billing and shipping addresses
- Choose and enter your payment method – either by credit card, purchase order
- Submit your order
Processing Your Order
You'll receive an e-mail as soon as you submit your order confirming that it has been received, and showing you the items you've ordered.
When your order is shipped, you'll receive a second e-mail confirmation detailing your order total, freight charge and shipment date.
