Rob Chumanov, PhD.
This webinar will describe how to use HaloTag(R) technology to capture and characterize intracellular protein:protein interactions at endogenous expression levels. Specific advantages of the covalent capture with HaloTag(R) will be compared and contrasted to the traditional protein fusion tags including FLAG, His, and GST.

Available only in the US - FFPE samples are an important starting material for clinical molecular oncology and research laboratories. Typical in-line measures of DNA eluate quantity/quality including absorbance, fluorescent dye binding, and inhibition assays may fail to predict downstream amplification success. Promega recently developed a new FFPE DNA purification kit, which optimizes the recovery of amplifiable DNA, in using the IVD-labeled Maxwell(R) CSC instrument.

This webinar will explain how the physics and chemistry of bioluminescence render it an ideal platform technology for building simple assays to better understand complex biology. Examples of assay use in cancer research will be presented.

In this webinar we will describe the many applications of the luminescent ADP-Glo™ Kinase platform. A universal, sensitive ADP detection-based Kinase assay combined with Kinase Enzyme Systems (KES) and Kinase profiling strips. This platform addresses all the needs of basic kinase characterizations, kinase screening, mode of action (MOA) studies and profiling using one assay format during the drug discovery process.
