AgarACE™ Enzyme is a unique agarase that enables simple, quantitative recovery of nucleic acids from agarose gels. Previously, we presented data describing the use of AgarACE™ Enzyme in cloning, sequencing and PCR-related applications. In this article, we present data on recovery of supercoiled plasmid DNA, high molecular weight linear DNA and RNA, and show that DNA and RNA isolated using AgarACE™ Enzyme perform well in four additional popular applications.
