pSV-β-Galactosidase Control Vector

The pSV-β-Galactosidase Control Vector is a positive control vector for monitoring transfection efficiencies of mammalian cells. The SV40 early promoter and enhancer drive transcription of the lacZ gene, which encodes the β-galactosidase enzyme.
